Breakfast was hot and fresh and offered many healthy items. Beds in the room were the most comfortable I have ever slept on! Blankets were a perfect weight and pillows were fluffy down filled. TV in room offered Netflix as well as HDMI hookups. Air temperature was very easy to manage and consistent. Rolling desk and chair allowed for multiple furniture configurations. Hotel is actually close enough to walk to the airport. Fitness Centre is small but very clean with a TV, cardio equipment, free weights, water, towels, and disinfecting wipes to clean machines after use. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. All room attendants greeted me in the hallways, front desk staff said hello every time I walked by and the evening bartender was fantastic.

Our flight back to Calgary was cancelled at the last minute and we needed a hotel near Pearson. I phoned the hotel to ask about a shuttle and was pleasantly surprised that an actual human at the hotel answered. They went out of their way to arrange the shuttle, and check in was pleasant and easy after a frustrating time at the airport. The restaurant staff were excellent, the bed was comfortable and the free breakfast was very good. I forgot to check out when we left, phoned the front counter and was told "All good, enjoy your flight." Would absolutely stay again.

My flight was late and I got to hotel around 11pm. I had to go back to airport for noon next day. Shuttle service and front desk (checking and check out) cleaning staff were courteous, fast and had a positive spark when talking with them. The room was clean, very large and the bed was clean and inviting. Great quiet sleep. Breakfast was bountiful and had a large variety of items, eggs, waffles, several breads, fruits, juices and good coffee, etc. Female hostess was particularly pleasant and very helpful.

Location was great for our needs. It is also very easy to get to and find. Complimentary breakfast was delicious, good choice and variety and all very fresh. Room is so spacious, and we didn't hear any noises through the night at all, not even all the planes flying by. Easy check in, easy parking and felt a little extra secure parking in the underground parking. Building felt very secure.

Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice and the location for our stay visiting Toronto then going home on Sunday was perfect as the shuttle took us straight to the terminal. We originally booked for 2 nights but extended our stay by 6 days prior to our flight home to see the attractions in Toronto. The staff are extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend.
